Open days are the days of Halloween Flash Week + 1 Year Anniversary. Pick a day and a time, then choose who tattoos you. Every artist in the event can do this design. Event flash goes on arms and legs only, no hands, fingers or feet. Need a date that isn't open? Send Colly a note .
Picking a time needs JavaScript. You can still claim this piece. Send Colly a note and they'll lock in a time with you.
